Prempro / Femhrt Estriol-Progesterone

Bottle of 30 sublingual tablets. 2.5mg of Estriol and 5mg Progesterone per tab. Feminea is a sublingual tablet medicine containing natural female hormones. Most commonly known as Femhrt and Prempro in UK. It acts by regulating increasing female hormones in the body and it is commonly prescribed as female hormone replacement therapy or (HRT).



What does Estriol / Progesterone (Femhrt / Prempro) do?

It supplies body with female ovarian hormones and therefore replaces hormones which are no longer produced due to menopause.



How to use Estriol / Progesterone (Femhrt / Prempro)?

Week 1: quarter of the tablet daily

Week 2: half a tablet daily

Week 3: 3 quarters of the tablet daily

Week 4: Whole tablet daily

Then repeat the cycle.

This simulates naturally occurring cycles and reduces appearance of side effects.

Safety Information:

Hormone replacement therapy may cause side effects, but most can be avoided using 4 week cycle regimen. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:

• upset stomach
• vomiting
• stomach cramps or bloating
• diarrhea
• appetite and weight changes
• changes in sex drive or ability
• nervousness
